The KrisEnergy-operated Bulu production sharing contract (PSC) comprises three separate areas – A, B and C – of which Bulu A contains the Lengo gas accumulation, which was discovered by the Lengo-1 exploration well in 2008. The Lengo-2 appraisal well in 2013 demonstrated the Lengo accumulation to be commercially viable for development. The development plan for the Lengo gas field was approved by the Indonesian authorities in late 2014. Gas is expected to flow 24 months after the joint-venture partners declare final investment decision.
