Our intention is to implement principles that allow us to reach high levels of performance while maintaining honesty, integrity and professionalism in all business activities.
KrisEnergy is committed to meaningful and transparent reporting. We welcome comments and suggestions regarding our announcements, website and annual reports from all stakeholders in an effort to deliver continuous improvement in the way in which we explain our business, our contribution to Asia’s growth, the measures we take to mitigate risks and the impact we have on the communities and environments in which we operate.
We endeavour to comply with all applicable local, national and international laws and regulations in all locations where we operate. This is crucial to both our commercial success and the reputation of our business.
In addition to compliance with applicable laws and regulations, our longevity is dependent upon the trust of key stakeholders, including our people, host governments, communities, investors, as well as our business partners and suppliers.
All employees and contractors are accountable for their conduct in the course of their work. We cultivate a health and safety culture throughout our organisation that emphasises individual responsibility and best practices at all levels.
