Chief Financial Officer and VP Finance & Administration

A Chartered Certified Accountant, Stephen has more than 20 years of oil and gas industry experience in international locations throughout the eastern hemisphere.

Prior to KrisEnergy, Stephen was appointed Chief Financial Officer for Pearl Energy and also Group Financial Controller for the upstream division of parent company, Mubadala. He also held various positions in an 18-year career with Halliburton Company where he gained a wealth of oil and gas industry experience in the Middle East, Africa, Asia, the United States and Europe.

He is a Certified Compliance Officer and holds a Bachelor of Arts (Business Studies) from Hatfield University in the United Kingdom.
